By ordering from Liv (operated by Liv Design Studio, Tel Aviv, Israel) you agree to these terms.

Products. Our garments are dyed after cutting ("garment-dyed"), so slight variations in shade between items are normal and part of the product's character — not a defect. Product photos are as accurate as screens allow; minor color differences may occur.

Orders and payment. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice; the price at the time of your order is the price you pay. Orders are confirmed once payment is received, processed securely through our payment providers via Wix checkout. We may cancel and refund an order where a listing contained an obvious pricing error or stock was unavailable.

Shipping and risk. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates — see our Shipping & Return Policy for details and for your return rights (free returns within 30 days).

Consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law or other mandatory consumer law that applies to you.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
