Who we are
Liv ("we", "us") is an apparel brand operated by Liv Design Studio, Tel Aviv, Israel. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and buy our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to any order you place with us.
What we collect
Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the details of what you bought. We need this to fulfil your order — it's the legal basis of performing our contract with you.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers through Wix's secure checkout. Your full card details go directly to the payment processor — we never see or store them. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card for order reference.
Account and marketing information. If you join our mailing list we store your email address and use it to tell you about new drops and restocks. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Technical information. Like most websites, we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Our site is hosted on the Wix platform, which uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the site and checkout to function (for example, keeping items in your cart). See "Cookies" below.
How we use your information
We use your information to: process and ship your orders; handle returns and exchanges; respond to your questions; send you marketing emails you asked for; prevent fraud; and comply with tax and accounting obligations. That's it. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we never will.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers who make the store work: Wix (website hosting and order management), our payment processors, our shipping carriers (name, address and phone number — so they can deliver your order), and our email service (if you subscribed). Each provider is bound to use your data only to provide their service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in Israel, which the European Commission recognizes as providing an adequate level of data protection. Our service providers (including Wix) may process data in other countries; where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically seven years in Israel). Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for short periods for security purposes.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law (and, where it applies to you, the GDPR and similar laws), you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it if it's wrong; delete it where we no longer need to keep it; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, email us — we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (or your local supervisory authority).
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function — session management, cart contents, and security. These can't be switched off without breaking checkout. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, checkout is PCI-DSS compliant through our payment providers, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order.
Children
Our store isn't directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
