We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable law, and in particular the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the "Law") and Amendment No. 13 thereto. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain what types of information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have in relation to it.

Your use of our website (the "Site") and the services offered through it constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Site's Terms of Use. We recommend that you read this policy carefully before using the Site and our services. Where consent is required by law, your explicit consent will be requested separately.

To enable browsing on the Site or to provide the services and products you request, we may need you to provide certain information necessary to perform those services, such as identifying details and contact information. This information is required so that we can process your order, provide services, verify your identity, or fulfil regulatory and contractual obligations. If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to allow access to the Site or to provide the services or products you requested. Additional information that is not essential to operating the services — such as marketing details or data for personalization — will be collected only with your explicit consent. Failure to provide such information will not prevent your access to the Site's basic services.

Types of information collected

When you use the Site, contact us, make purchases, or register for services offered on the Site, you may be asked to provide personal information, which we will collect and store. This may include, among other things, your full name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and any other details you choose to provide while using the Site.

When you place an order on the Site, we collect information needed to complete the transaction and provide the service, including order details, purchased products, sizes, colors, transaction amounts, selected shipping methods, billing details, and contact information for fulfilling the order and providing customer service.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not store customers' full credit card details where payment processing is carried out through an external payment provider, unless otherwise required by law.

In addition, technical information and information about your activity on the Site may be collected during use, including IP address, browser type, operating system, end-device type, digital identifiers, access times, pages viewed, products that interested you, actions taken on the Site, referral source, and statistical and analytical information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

If you choose to contact us via a contact form, email, social networks, messaging services, or any other communication channel, we will collect and retain the information you choose to provide in connection with your inquiry, in order to respond, handle your request, improve our service, and document the communication.

If you choose to join our customer club, mailing list, or receive marketing updates, we will collect the contact details you provide in order to send newsletters, benefits, promotions, and updates, in accordance with applicable law and your consent where required.

If you make a purchase or use services offered through our business partners or through third-party platforms and services, we may receive from them information required to complete the transaction, deliver the service, process the order, and provide customer service.

Processing of personal information is carried out, as applicable, on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contractual relationship with the data subject and provision of the requested services; compliance with legal, regulatory, or accounting obligations applicable to us; the data subject's consent, where required by law; and our legitimate interests, including operating and managing the Site, improving user experience, providing customer service, information security, fraud prevention, proper business management, data analysis, protecting our rights and enforcing the Terms of Use, provided that the data subject's rights and freedoms do not override those interests.

Use of information

Use of information collected about you will be carried out in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, and only for the purposes for which it was provided or collected. This includes enabling the ongoing operation of the Site, providing the services and products you requested, maintaining ongoing communication with you, and improving your user experience.

We also use information to improve existing services, develop new services, tailor Site content and advertising to your areas of interest, and to send mailings, marketing information, and commercial offers from us or our business partners, where you have consented, while preserving your right to opt out of advertising at any time. Information will also be used for statistical purposes, trend analysis, quality control, information security, and any other purpose set out in this Privacy Policy or the Site's Terms of Use.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to external parties without your explicit consent, except where permitted under this policy or by law. However, we may share information with service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to provide the services or products you requested; with business partners and other commercial entities for sending promotional and marketing materials as described above, only with your consent; in cases of breach of the Terms of Use or unlawful activity on the Site; where a court order requires disclosure or in the context of legal proceedings; or where there is justification to prevent serious harm to body or property, yours or another's. We may also share aggregated and statistical information that does not personally identify you for internal analysis and control.

Information will be retained only for the reasonable period required to fulfil the purposes for which it was provided, or as required by law, as applicable. If you request deletion of information or cessation of processing, we will act in accordance with your request, subject to applicable law. Anonymous or non-personally identifiable information may be retained thereafter for statistical purposes and internal use, without time limitation.

Use of statistical data

We may use data analysis tools and services, and work with companies that provide statistical analyses of Site usage. These companies collect and analyze information about the scope and frequency of Site use, users' access sources, and similar metrics. The information collected is statistical in nature, does not personally identify you, and is intended for analysis, research, and control purposes.

Sharing information with third parties

We share personal information with third parties only where necessary to provide services, and subject to legal restrictions. This may include disclosure to technical service providers, secure payment systems, partner companies, mailing and marketing providers, and authorized authorities pursuant to a court order or legal obligation.

Retention of information

Information is retained for a reasonable period in accordance with the purposes for which it was collected, including ongoing business management, customer service, regulatory compliance, and legal needs. Information will be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, or when a deletion request is submitted in accordance with law. Anonymous information that does not identify you may be retained for statistical purposes and service improvement without time limitation.

International transfers

Personal information may be transferred or stored outside the State of Israel, including on cloud service provider servers, payment systems, or customer relationship management systems. Transfers of personal information outside Israel will be carried out in accordance with applicable law, and subject to ensuring an adequate level of protection for the information, whether by transfer to countries with adequate protection or through contractual agreements and supplementary security measures with recipients.

Your rights

In accordance with applicable law, and in particular Amendment No. 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have several rights regarding personal information collected about you and stored in our databases:

The right to review information stored about you;
The right to request correction or updating of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unclear;
The right to request deletion of information when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was provided, or where it is processed in violation of the Law.

Where additional rights apply to you under international regulations governing the processing of your personal information, you are welcome to contact us to exercise those rights, and we will review your request in accordance with applicable law.

Requests to exercise these rights should be submitted to us in writing by email at livdeptwear@gmail.com. Please note that, for handling an access request in accordance with law, we may charge a one-time fee of NIS 20 for the initial handling of the request.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies to ensure proper operation, information security, analysis of user behavior, and personalization of content. You may manage or change your cookie preferences at any time, and block cookies through your browser settings; however, some services may become unavailable as a result. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes, and information collected through them may be transferred to third-party advertising and marketing services.

The Site uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, for statistical analysis of Site usage. It loads only after you accept cookies. The data collected — including a device identifier, truncated IP address and usage data — may be transferred to and stored on servers in the United States. You can withdraw consent at any time through the Site's cookie settings, or by using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Marketing communications

We may offer electronic and other promotional delivery services (including via the internet and mobile networks, by any current or future means, including newsletters), meaning receipt of news, general, or promotional mailings directly to users of these services ("Mailings"). Mailing content may include advertisements, promotional material accompanying news content, or content with no news value whatsoever.

By using these services, you acknowledge the provisions of Amendment No. 40 to the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5768-2008, and expressly agree that we may send you mailings by any means listed in the Law (including facsimile, automatic dialing systems, electronic messages, or SMS) or any future relevant means. To send you the most relevant content, we may use your information as described above to better characterize the products and services most suitable for you.

You may unsubscribe from mailings at any time by the methods prescribed by law and by contacting our customer service. You may re-subscribe through the same form mentioned above.

Information security

Personal information collected is stored in our databases, managed and registered as required under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and regulations thereunder. Access to databases is limited to authorized personnel only, in accordance with their role and operational need.

We employ advanced and stringent technological, physical, and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality of information you provide. We invest significant resources and implement accepted procedures and advanced information security systems to minimize, as far as possible, the risk of unauthorized access, exposure, use, or alteration of personal information.

However, despite our efforts to maintain information security, we cannot guarantee absolute protection of our systems or the information stored in them. Accordingly, and subject to applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from unauthorized intrusion into our systems or the information stored therein.

Charges for services and products are processed only after an order is completed, in accordance with the Terms of Use. Credit card details provided for payment are not stored in our systems; they are transferred to and managed by an external service provider that processes payments securely, in accordance with international encryption and security standards and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material change will be published on the Site, and continued use of the Site after the update date will constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
