Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

Shipping

We prepare every order with care and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery times are approximately 14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
  • Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, eve of holidays, holidays, or Shabbat.
  • Delivery times may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier volume, logistics delays, extreme weather, security events, or force majeure.
  • Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing follows the carrier's schedules.
  • If delivery is unusually delayed, our customer service team will assist you as best we can.
  • At this stage, we ship within Israel only. For international shipping, contact us at livdeptwear@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may exchange a product within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following:

  • The item is new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all labels attached.
  • Exchanges depend on stock available at the time of the exchange.

Return shipping for an exchange is paid by the customer, unless the exchange is due to an LIV error or a defective product.

Cancellation & refunds

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, you may cancel a transaction and return a product within 14 days of receiving the product or of discovering the defect, whichever is later.

Cancellation is subject to the product:

  • Not having been used.
  • Not being damaged.
  • Being returned in its original packaging with all labels attached.

For cancellations not due to a defect or mismatch, LIV may charge a cancellation fee as permitted by law (up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100 — whichever is lower).

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with applicable law.

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. After reviewing your request, we will cover shipping costs and offer an exchange or refund as required by law.
